Amazing service. Had Multiple items dry cleaned through this app in Perth and I can't recommend it enough, the customer service is great and its by far the cheapest and does not lack in quality, great idea and I'm definitely a repeat customer!
I did not have a good experience with this company. They overcharged me for laundry and dry cleaning with items returned crumpled (not pressed) and not properly washed. For a first time customer, I was shocked by their service model as no one bothered to clarify tjings or call and they didn't provide itemized pricing when items were collected. The app provides very little information. Ultimately, after some back and forth and offers to redo the job, a partial refund was processed. I am not likely to use them again and would suggest double checking arrangements for anyone who signs up.
Wow! Fast and quality service and with the first suit I sent for dry cleaning, they fixed the hem on my pants without prompting. Didn’t expect that. Will definitely be using again.
Had our winter duvet and quilt cleaned, collected from Annandale in Sydney. Laundromap collected hours after booking (a Sunday evening!), provided sturdy bags, and sent texts shortly prior to collection and delivery. Both drivers were very friendly, and we were very impressed with how easy the process was. Also received a follow up call to check everything went well the day after receiving the items back. Fantastic service!
Booked in for the first time on Wednesday, as my jacket had a stain on it the service called and advised how they will treat it, also stating it may take longer although i needed it on the Saturday. I advised and had the garment personally dropped off from a senior at the company with all stains removed and on time. Very impressed and will use again.
Brilliant service and speed. Wont be using any other laundry service from now on!
