Terrible, terrible customer service. There was a school holiday activity in Belmont for stuffers and we had to wait four hours to get our turn. There was a big box of teddy bears so we were sure that we would get the ones we want. The first 200 bears are seven dollars and the rest are 12 dollars. Apparently, the big box of bears were for the next day so we didn't get our choice. The first people get cheaper bears, but better choices too?!?! We waited four hours for the bear we didn't want. I don't get how they put the big box out for everyone to suffer. Appalling support, the man even argued with us. Definitely wouldn't come back. They don't even stuff them properly

I did the Mail Order Pack. It was delivered to our door. The 5 year olds had a great party. The kids hand stuffed the bears and animals. We did the LOVE ceremony and completed all the birth certificates. Basically the same as Build-a-Bear but we could do it from home without any hassles.
