Since the first phone call with Studio Nero I have loved every moment of our experience! I was after a video for a new product launch and was under tight deadlines to get a final video done by the launch! Lara was such a gem, she was efficient, had amazing customer service, really took ownership of the project and would actually follow me up via email and text at any time of the day. It was a real breath of fresh air from other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. In the studio Charles was a creative genius he went above and beyond to get the perfect shot, angle, effect and we loved every second of being there. They were very hospitable and easy to work with. The process was very thorough in the studio and Charles really took charge of all creative shots, but also was more than happy to take my ideas and input which was great! Could not recommend this dynamic duo enough and studio Nero for the great experience we had! Looking forward to seeing the finished result!

I've had a number of projects worked on by Charles and Lara and the Studio Nero team over the last few years and the quality, attention to detail and artistic flair is the best I've seen. I've had studio portrait photography, product photography, video production for myself and some of my most trusted clients, location photography, event production and graphic design and every time they delivered professionally, on time and to a standard I haven’t seen before - and I've used a lot of production people over the last 20 years or so. It's easy to see why they land and keep the calibre of clients in their portfolio - a combination of understanding exactly what we need and an artistic passion that drives everything they do. This kind of work is not worth risking to a less qualified provider, when it is representing my business, image and reputation. Their work speaks for itself.
