Fantastic Customer Service from Linda and Diana, they both went above and beyond!!! They were so very friendly, patient, understanding and so helpful and they both gave the very best advice as I had no idea of fabric to choose and style of dress I wanted for my body type. I went in to buy electric blue scuba knit came out of shop with teal scuba knit and black Italian lace, very happy with my purchase indeed!! I would highly recommend Studio Fabrics for good old fashioned Customer Service which is rare and hard to find these days!!!

Linda and Diana were beyond helpful when my mum and I went to Studio Fabrics to look for material for my wedding dress. They were so friendly and patient, and Linda gave us ideas and even talked to my mum about technicalities since she also sewed. The store has beautiful lace and fabrics of all kinds, so it's easily a one-stop-shop for everything bridal! Would recommend to anyone looking to make their own wedding or formal dresses!
Fantastic customer service! I came in with my mum with only a vague verbal description of what I wanted for my wedding dress and no images. Based on literally 5 words, Linda was able to find me the most beautiful fabrics immediately. Our visit to Studio Fabrics ended up being the first and only bridal fabric store we visited given the quality and quantity of fabrics they had in store. Linda also went above and beyond to procure me some basics which were difficult to obtain given the pandemic. The fabrics are very expensive but you pay for what you get and I would not hesitate to recommend Linda, her sister Diana and Studio Fabrics to anyone looking for fabrics for a special occasion.
I visited Studio Fabrics today with my Mum looking for fabric for my wedding dress. Linda and her sister were an absolute pleasure to be around, so warm and helpful! Linda took the time to really listen to what we were after, (even though we only had a rough idea of what we wanted), she asked questions, made suggestions and made a real effort to help us. She even offered for us to get in touch should we have any more questions - so sweet! (And actually helped, as I messaging her a couple hours later with a couple of questions!) We found the most stunning lace! I'm so in love with it!! She was so pleasant and genuine, the whole experience was really lovely! My Mum and I walked away with a big smile! I would definitely go back and highly recommend Studio Fabrics and Linda! Thank you again!!
My experience at Studio Fabrics was fantastic. My mother and I came in before my wedding looking for veil fabric - Linda’s assistance, warmth and kindness was felt from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend highly enough!
As student it's very rare to find the guidance and assistance that I have been blessed with by Linda and Studio Fabrics! From my very first visit to the store, I was treated with the utmost respect and guided through every aspect of my fabric purchase. Likewise, the quality offered here is second to none, and is like nothing else in Sydney. On several occasions Linda has personally gone out of her way to to organise international orders for me without any hesitation and is always understanding. I can't recommend Studio Fabrics any higher!
Highly recommended! I was provided with great customer service. The women who worked there had great knowledge of there stock which was super helpful...they were able to accomodate to my needs when purchasing the perfect fabric for my perfect day.
there was an amazing range of fabrics giving me so many options to choose from. The staff there were very attentive and helped me in my decision making! 10/10 would definitely recommend
