Called Stuart with fridge issues after not getting anywhere with a fridge repairer that visited my house twice and speaking to others on the phone. Stuart explained that Phillip Island was too far away, but was happy to spend time on the phone diagnosing the problem, providing me with a part number for the faulty controller and supplier details........ a few days later the part arrived, plugged it in and fridge now working. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased.

Had an issue with my air con right before a really hot spell and Stu got to me as quickly as he could and saved me from a sweaty couple of days. I've been going to Stu for years and he really knows his stuff and is always happy to help out. I'm not sure why people are banging on here about him taking a while to get back to him, I don't think that's the norm and anyway this clearly just means he's in demand because he's so good at what he does.

Called to get help on fridge that stopped working. Told by Stuart he would research the issue. Later that day after no return phone call or update, I called back. Told by Stuart he was waiting to hear from Electrolux. By the end of that day after no call back, I rang and spoke to woman who said Stuart would call back. One week later I have heard nothing from this company. Suffice to say I resolved the issue myself for 8 and some googling. I am a business owner myself and understand clients come at you from all directions and want things resolved ASAP, however communication is something that costs nothing but will provide immeasurable return. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company, there are other local operators that thankfully still have the time to actually help those who call on them for help, and if they don't then they at least have the manners to say they can't help. Not surprised to read the other recent feedback either!!

My dryer decided to play up so I gave the company a call, the lady said that “he wont be able to get to you until the 2nd feb at the earliest” but “if you can drop it off here to us it will be faster” I questioned how much faster if I dropped off the answer was and quote “he can have a look at it immediately on the same day” Now it had been there for 3 days I kept calling to ask about it and she kept saying he hasn’t. I called Stuart directly when I said what she said he said no she didn’t - but my phone records all phone calls so I know what she said, he stated he has looked over it but couldn’t find the fault, he admitted to accidentally scratching the dryer door which I wasn’t phased about. Stated he was going to put a load in it but I had decided to just pick it up. I felt uncomfortable being lied to by the lady who answered the phone and was given attitude the second day in. According to other reviews I’m not the only one with this issue. I’m a single mother of 3 young children I didn’t need to be lied to about when it could be fixed. Got it home and it’s doing the same error. If she was honest I would not of brought it in or scratched the tint in my car doing so. Only good thing is Stuart was very honest. Won’t return again due to the woman’s lies.

They sent a service man form Leongatha to Foster (over half an hour's drive), and fixed my washing machine for 93. Any Melbourne firm would have charged 150 just to come to the front door, then proceed to rip off madly by charging triple for parts plus 1/4 hourly fee, so I was pleasantly surprised. Both the service man and the lady I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, not at all snooty like a lot of Melbourne firms I have dealt with. So, very happy with this company.

The lady who answers the phone is horrible to deal with. I'd be inclined to use this company if she didn't work there. She has the worst customers service i've ever experienced!
