Just commissioned Kym to supply and install CCTV system to my premises. Kym came in the cheapest from 3 quotes, and supplies great hardware. He communicates very well, is prompt, neat, tidy and efficient in his job. Would thoroughly recommend.
I’m not usually a review kind of person but I really think kym deserves a review. I just had 4 CCTV cameras installed at my house in Palmerston. The whole experience was amazing. Kym went above and beyond with the install and made sure I completely understood about how to use and manipulate the cameras. He was extremely knowledgeable in everything he did and I even learned a bit about the whole installation process myself. Would 100% recommend Nortec Communications!!!!
Brilliant customer service. Kym even went out of his way to fix the issue with our NBN connection and DIDN'T charge us extra. I recommend everyone to use Kym's service.
