I have dealt with Stanton & Taylor Strata for over ten (10) years and my strata manager, Vanessa Best. Over this time Vanessa has gone above and beyond her duties as a strata manager, she is very professional and knowledgeable, if she is unsure of anything she will find out and contact you as soon as possible. Vanessa always returns my calls, provides the correct information and works in your best interest with your Strata Plan and committee. I have always found the office staff and reception very courteous and professional whenever speaking with them. I highly recommend Stanton and Taylor Strata Management to look after your strata plan.
Very unprofessional company never do anything that is asked of them very hard to contact them they want there quarterly money but when you ask them to do something it is just ignored.wouldnt recommend this mob to anyone.

Luke has gone above and beyond with an issue in our investment property recently. At a time when we were unable to oversee repairs, tenant relocation etc. he proved the value of having a strata team to manage of our behalf. The community that i reside in has recently contracted STSM to act as our manager. We have come from another organization that has proven to be totally inept. To date STSM have gone above and beyond in trying to unravel the complications created by the previous managers. They have always been prompt in responding to both email and phone.queries. They have provided helpful and timely advice even in this current climate of covid 19. I have found them to be totally courteous and professional at all times..
