I have been a regular customer here for the last 6 months or so and the staff have always been helpful and polite. The staff haven't ever been pushy to buy their things and showed more interest in providing good information to assist with the purchase. They really know their stuff and is place is the best for information and aquarium needs in the campbelltown area! Great job guys, keep it up! Cheers..

Visited this store in Dec/2019, and had mention that I was only new to the salt water aquarium world and had only just purchased My first salt water Aquarium Online a Fluval Evo 52L Tank and that I was only looking around and would be some months away from getting started, Staff at the time were more than happy to show me around and point out a direction to help. 12 months later , To today’s date Dec/2020, Re-visited this store and purchased my first two clownfish and one soft coral again staff were extremely helpful and passionate even producing their own phones to show me their own reef tanks and was delighted to see such enthusiasm to help a Newbe like myself. they have since upgraded their store to have a substantial amount of corals which is great for me as a Newbe and knowing that staff are extremely helpful I’ll be sure to come back again in the next few weeks, Good customer service goes along way, Thanks again

CAPTIAN AUTISM

Live stock is poor random fish scattered across tanks to make it look more filled dead fish in tanks. fish that need a larger tank to even swim are not accompanied for and left to die as no one wants to buy a stressed out fish with poor colours due to stress would highly recommend any other fish shop as this shop has poor fish management although the people are friendly and helpful this does not help the fish that are there.
