This looks like a good company, but gets a one star for lack of clarity on the safety of their products. I asked a very simple question: Can you provide me with Australian certifications for structural and fire safety? Quote - We only supply certificates once orders are placed due the costs involved. An answer like this is ridiculous and makes me highly suspicious! If you have supplied to Australia, then you would have this information already to prove that your products were certified and safe to use in Australia? Make up your minds, but unless this information is given, stay clear!
