Very suspicious bunch of people. Tried to get me to sign up to a loan which I didn't want and kept spamming me with awesome low rate finance deals. Financing is always a rip off but with these crooks you have to be even more cautious. Remember when you can get spams they are desperate. Avoid.

very poor communication with clients. I contacted Stratton to finance a car. after telling one lady about my whole case, the next day i get a call from another different lady saying, the sales person you spoke to yesterday left the company. then after telling her my whole story again, and supplying her with all the paperwork she needed. she gave me a phone appointment, in order to discuss my application. and she missed the appointment. then she messaged me apologizing for missing it and gave me another appointment, and she missed it again. It's been weeks now that I'm waiting for her call. And mind you that I messaged her twice and yet got no answer. That's so unprofessional and rude. I've been waiting to get approved so I can buy the car that i wanna get before it gets sold to someone else but I didn't and eventually the car got sold. I should've simply not relied on Stratton and went to different lenders. as much as i thought this company was professional and organized but it showed that it's not at all at the end.

I was dealing with Stratton to buy my car. Stratton adds on carsales.com says starting from 5%. The agent kept dragged for a while and finally when I promised the seller to buy the car, Stratton told cannot get any loans other than from Macquarie bank for 9% plus comparison rate. One of the most unreliable when it comes to interest rates. I could have gotten the loan from CBA directly for this rate, which is more efficient and friendly where I also maintain my personal account with.

Started the process, sent through payslips and statements and got a call asking to go through work history at 12 on a Saturday and I said I am busy, can you call me back at 4, he did not hide his attitude when he said ok. Never heard back from them again.

Unfortunately, dealing with Stratton Finance turned what should have been a quick purchase of a business car into a month of painful delays. There was lack of proper communication and transparency. We ended up getting our own broker to manage the finance and were sorted out shortly after.
