Ordered a crumbed fish. Asked the man if the fish was cod and if it were fresh. He said yes it was cod and that his fish was definitely fresh. The fish was fresh but it definitely was not cod. Would appreciate the truth in future.

Too be honest, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Crumbed sausage, chips & pork crackle was dry & old as if it was reheated. Next to no pork on my sandwich, was more so a gravy sandwich. Don't waste your money!
The food isn't fresh and the owner is rude and stingy with all of his food. Very unprofessional and poorly run. The girls are very friendly and hospitable though the poor darlings are only doing what they are told too. I wouldn't recommend their food.
Defintely do not recommend. I have seen how this place is ran internally and I would never purchase anything from this shop. Cannot believe they are still operating. OH&S should go in there.
Very average food and poor value. Roast pork on both sandwiches barely covered the bread and tasteless. Other carvery’s serve double the amount of meat on average for same price. No crackling given either. Won’t be back.
Dry overcooked food, roast pork was like wood, and so was the roll. Manager is a tight arse. Ive never see fish that thin. Unfriendly too. Lift your game, read your reviews or get out of the business.
Honestly never had more appaling service. The manager and (most) of the staff is disgusting towards customers, the food is horrific - why is this place still open? If you want good food - or even just average food - do not go here.
