Very good competitive market pricing and providing solutions to unforeseen circumstances. I called ahead to make sure they had a specific wiring harness for my stereo install. And then drove 45mins to get there. After purchasing the items we then discovered that the main harness brain had already been marked as faulty. The proactive staff moved quickly to provide a solution by acquiring the necessary parts from other kits. I really appreciated their efforts to keep me from driving 1.5hrs in vain. Thanks guys

Ordered head unit, install kit and wiring harnesses online. It was a stress free and painless process, a great relief after having dealt with another automotive retailer who had terrible customer service and couldn't keep the promises they made on their website. Would recommend, however an option for express shipping would be nice :).

Have been here a few times of late, it is a bit of a mixed bag, the staff are sometimes helpful sometimes not so helpful, but never bad. One staffer we had was very knowledgeable and assisted us in purchasing two quality and fit for purpose items, Thank you very much. Will go back.

Came in just to buy stereo removal tools for our current head unit. The bloke behind the counter told us they didnt sell them but he didn't hesitate to help us out anyway, he opened up a sealed box for another similar unit to let us use the ones in there. Unfortunately it didnt work on our unit. We ended up using them for the install of our new unit because we were stumped, and they did a great job. Very professional guys, and will be back if I ever need anything car audio related.

These guys were great. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were knowledgeable, friendly and have real expertise. They helped me when my mechanic had given up on a problem with my kluger screen. Everyone I dealt with was lovely- running in late to pick up my car the sales assistant smiled and said ' why were you running, of course we wouldn't have closed until you got here'. They worked together to fix my problem, thinking outside the box and coming up with the solution. Thanks so much !
