I took a 1 coffee in a 2 cup as sometimes it overfills and spills from the cup. The guy at the counter charged me 2 and forced me to pay 2. I have never seen anywhere charging for the cup, not for the coffee. Despite of describing him the reason, he enforced me to pay 2! I could leave the coffee and pay nothing but I paid 2 as a responsible customer. Sorry to say but he behaved like uneducated and was very unfriendly. It happened on 6/7/20, 3:13pm.

I had a very friendly guy at the counter when I walked in to pick something up today. When he saw a coupon in my hand, he even tried to save me the time and trouble of scanning it. Conveniently located outside Strathfield Station, this place has been a great help when I've needed a cold drink on many a hot day. And thankfully, I have always encountered friendly staff who smiled at me when I paid for any items.

I goes there almost every day but tonight i went there with my friend and we got two drinks and when we went to pay the guy was on phone may be we disturbed him that’s why he got upset my friend jokingly say can i pay in cents he replied in very rude way and when we say is this your customer service he replied don’t teach me.

Great 711 cant think of anything wrong with the place. Very compact and convenient as it is situated a few steps from the rest of Strathfield square and the station. Has all the stock you get from a 711. Great coffee as always. Can be busy after school when school kids are trying to get their stupid little slurpees.

I have never had an issue at this local 7-11, apart from the time where I was given too much change, to which I walked back to correct the mistake. Staff are friendly enough but the daytime staff can be a bit stubborn (that's unfortunately what happens when you hire kids). Just remember, the people pay for you so keep up the quality, or they can just as easily cancel you.
