Terrible customer service. Obviously COVID didn’t effect them as they don’t need my money. I spoke to a consultant at the Malaga branch regarding a pergola extension 19 metres long by 3 metres wide. They asked me for pictures sent to their email so they can quote for materials so I did that. Sent the emails 3 times and no response. I thought maybe it went to junk mail but my emails were a reply to an email sent from stratco so I called them again and they said their consultant was busy and would call me back that day. A week later and nothing. Obviously they don’t need my business. A simple sorry mate we are really busy their is a wait time would have been suffice but to completely ignore a client is extremely poor customer service.

Purchased a premium Handi-Hilander Garden Shed with installation included from here in October 2020 and still don't have a finished product in Februrary 2021. What a joke, for a garden shed! Once delivered, the ridge capping was the wrong zize, the down pipes were the wrong colour, the door installed crooked, large gaps at top and bottom of the door (enough for a bird to get through), silver internal framework is visible from the outside (despite it being a black shed all over) and the shed not being sealed between the concrete pad and shed. I have had 3 seperate people attend our property since October, as it appears this company doesn't employ their installers and are unable to schedule effeciently. Am now being told they can't come back for another month. Very dissapointing, especially when the premium option is purchased.

Range of products average. Helpful staff but horrifically understaffed. Don't buy their metal DIY garage shelves -even my support worker who has built the Bunnings ones was horrified at the lack of instructions & low quality / poor construction of the materials included. The few staff they had in store were awesome but overworked. Several customers gave up waiting & left without paying while I was standing waiting. Stratco human resourcing dept need to wakeup before they lose ALL customer loyalty. Thumbs up to the hardworking staff on the shop floor. You do an awesome job - there's just not enough of you.
Cindy, Emma, Damien, Doug, Vicky are good team to work with and they are very friendly and professional.
