The storage cabinets I purchased were clearly described and priced on the website, and I was able to place the online order with out any fuss. After being notified that my order was ready for collection, I arrived at the store and the team quickly confirmed my order & were very helpful with loading it onto my trailer. It was a very professional & straight forward experience.

Got some great products from their catalogue specials at good prices. A few items needed some extra ordering from other stores. Really friendly staff. Angel recommended the Member Rewards and did it all for me over the phone. Had a nice rewards voucher waiting for me on my next visit. Champion. Thanks. Very Knowlegable too. Well done. Tried to return a broken outdoor dining chair. Items can be looked up with Stratco Members card but staff member said receipt required. Snap in the centre of timber. Said it wasn't a manufacturing fault. Seems odd if only sat on a dozen times perhaps it is "not fit for purpose" and just cheap dressed garbage from Vietnam. Apparent because itnhasnt snapped at a "join" it must be a usage break "FFS". Good, sod off - profit protection job IMHO. At any rate she said come back with receipt. Angel is still awesome. But watch their prices esp. On roofing products and insulation and shop around. Some stuff is just resold at huge mark up from local manufacturers. Some great specials in the catalogues.
Been to Stratco today to pick up my order ....had so much help from staff ....excellent ....but when I got home I rang to ask a question regarding some items in my order ....but the young guy I spoke to was very rude to me on phone ....I will now be ringing back to speak to manager ....all the other staff was so good but this ruined my visit....

What a great store. Been meaning to go for a while and popped in to order a downpipe that sorely needed replacing. Pleasantly surprised at the range of hardware and got some great ideas for our deck. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
Good range but we came in saturday and the young bloke behind the counter was pretty rude to my father and I, also seemed put out to answer any questions about the product we purchased. If other places stocked the same product I would have walked out.
EDIT: I have spoken to the retail manager at their head office, who investigated my issue and has resolved it. Head office staff were great to deal with, listened to my complaint and set out the ways they were going to correct the issues in the future. Updated to 2 stars accordingly. The product (gate) is great, though instructions were a bit difficult for a novice DIY-er. However, the sales staff are not DIY friendly. We provided an overall measurement of the space we wanted a gate to go in, along with photos, thinking the staff would be able to advise how big the gate/posts should be to fit. However, the sales staff ordered the wrong size. When we called to ask how to get a replacement, we followed the staff's instructions which actually voided our warranty and the store then tried to refuse to take the gate back. It took months to resolve the issue and the staff were unprofessional throughout the process. Do your research before coming here and make sure you know exactly what you are asking for - do not rely on the staff to assist you with measurements/instructions/returns process.
