They advised they tried to contact me via a google search of an email that did not belong to me, and a postal address i have never lived at, and some how this is acceptable? All smokes and mirros. The worst strata ever! Lauren Tracey & Joel Holgersson. Outstanding payment hasn't been paid for 5 month. Following up hundreds of times and every-time they said 'processing it now' but no payment received yet. Not answering phone calls, not reply emails. Will take legal action.

Unprofessional and biased strata manager, including senior management team. Three strata managers changed within 6 months. The regional manager approved expenditure without Committee's approval and intervened with Owner Corporation's decision. Not recommend to any strata plan.

Extremely incompetant strata managers. Do not act on complaints about issues reducing quality of peaceful enjoyment, withhold keys to common property such as locked fire stairs claiming "we dont have those", when questioned about their actions, immediately begin to attack and harass the person enquiring.

UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 11 MONTHS AND MY ROOF IS STILL DAMAGED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR ACTIONS TAKEN. DO NOT PURCHASE A PROPERTY CONTROLLED UNDER STM. "Collecting tenders" for 6 months, "assessing options" for 5 months. Covid is not an excuse for delays. It is sheer incompetence as the reason its taken a year. I have been chasing Joel to take action and he has not even contacted the apartment at the source of the leaks. In 11 months has not even picked up the phone to contact them. They have no idea that a tender has been in process, for 11 months. How can you fix my roof that requires access to their floor and "take actions on a tender" if you havent done this first step? I even researched myself and gave him the contact details. He doesnt respond to emails, calls, nothing. Only replies when I escalate to Lynne but even then there is still no progress since the last conversation. The damage was assessed in March by an external company to form a tender for quotes and since then STM have not made any decisions to actually BEGIN works. I HAVE DELIBERATELY NOT BEEN GIVEN DETAILS ON STRATA MEETINGS. The Building itself is so poorly maintained its embarrassing to have guests. Know that if you buy property under STM that your property price will be significantly impacted over the years by their neglect. ---------- Significant Feburary flood damage through electricity due to poor structural maintenance....call the emergency number and it goes to a rude lady from a call centre who tells me thete is nothing she can do?!?! What is the point of having an emergency number when an emergency strikes?!??? Such a joke of a company. They have billed me 300 for this call and have not begun to fix the actual problems.

I am a property manager and needed to get permission for a prospective tenant to have a dog. As a quick turnaround is really important when you have a good tenant and want to secure them, I found that Siobhan Hughes was excellent and was able to facilitate the request in a few hours. The Committee allowed the dog and I was able to secure the tenant

RIP OFF STRATA DO NOT USE!!!! Charged strata levies 3 months in a row totally over 3000 leading into Christmas including taking 1188 on Christmas eve with no correspondence stating what when and how much they are taking. Never answer phones been on hold for an hour. At the next owners meeting will put forward to get rid of these thieves for a new company. Windsor Gardens Baulkham Hills.
