Despite many attempts to raise issues with them, unfortunately, unresponsive and unprofessional and provide vague information. It's like being managed by some secretness. I asked who comprised of the committee if it wasn't the lot owners and was told "volunteers" and stated they had been appointed by the lot owners or the Body Corporate and their names couldn't be revealed. I was given information that I was told was made by the committee but there was nothing on the AGM minutes to support that. I can only assume decisions are being made, essentially, in 'secret The telephone staff at Strata were less than helpful.
