Strata Dynamics (previously TEYS) have been our Strata Managers since before 2006. Natalie Hopkins was appointed as our Strata Manager over two years ago and Matt Simpson was appointed in that role while Natalie took personal leave a year ago. Both Natalie and Matt provide superior service, we have total confidence in both Natalie and Matt's knowledge regarding body corporate matters, legal obligations and general building management advice. Strata Management's Strata Managers have evolved over the years and this is the best management team we've had and we are happy to continue working with Strata Dynamics in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Hopkins and Daniel polito over the past few years. I have found them to be very helpful and kind to me. There have been times when I have been upset and they have calmed me down and assured me that everything will be alright. Daniel worked with me on the Telstra project and what a fantastic result he got. Telstra is very difficult to deal with, however, his persistence paid off. What a fantastic result.
