Bad customer service. The ladies were rude and giving attitude towards me and my friends. I will never come here again. They kept ignoring me when I asked a question and didn’t allow me to talk.

Great customer service..staff were so friendly but one of them told me that they were going to shut down because of reconstruction of some building. Hope they could move to somewhere nearby. I wish to visit in future.

This is more of an outlet/luggage store rather than a regular handbag store. Good selection and reasonable prices. The store isn't in Westfield proper, rather on the street outside. Be careful if you're in there near closing time, you'll get yelled at by the staff.
