My real estate has arranged with them to fix the oven switch at my investment property. They charged over 400 to replace a faulty switch in February 2020. Just in two months that switch gone faulty again. Arranged new tech this time and he confirmed the switch has gone again. And it also damaged part. When we contacted stove doctor and demanded the refund there response was they changed the switch and cannot do any refund. They take no responsibility of the damage and no refund was made. So anyone like to go ahead with them think again don’t waste your money. I am going to report this fair trading anyway I have all documentation against them

I was given a time from the office, between 1200 and 1500 hours (3.00pm), Ivan and Sam turned up right on 1330 (1.30pm). They took the old stove out side and unpacked the new one and removed all the rubbish the new one came in. They had the new oven going with in 20 minutes, with no problems at all, They just said to turn everything on to burn the stove paint off for about 30 minutes. No worries with that. They did the job quickly and as was requested by the real estate agent. Ok I was happy with the service and all is going well. What an amazing service & price. If you want a simple service at a reasonable price just call the "Stove Doctor". I needed my electric cook top changed that was a Westinghouse brand. I got it supplied, fitted and the old one taken away for almost the same price than what most retailers had the stove top for supply only! Keep up the good work! Very happy customer!
6 weeks to place brackets to lift a element of the oven up two different tech days come take pictures and leave still not yet fixed lies to realestate saying all fixed and normal. Still awaiting.
They were contacted to fix gas leak, they recommended cook top should be replaced we paid for cook too replacement, but the gas leak was never fixed 8 months later after many messages they eventually came out and tighten a lose gas hose which was most likely always the original issue, now they want to be be paid again for doing what they should have done in the first place, we are currently awaiting mediation date would be never recommended these people to anyone.
Technician came in for scheduled work, left and reported back to real estate that it was user error when in fact it wasn't. Technician said something in front of us and then changed statemnets at the real estate's. So much for professionalism and honesty
Worst technical service and customer support. Took them 10days for the first booking. Technician came, said it was fixed, the same night the oven wasn't working anymore, same issue. Took them other 10days for second booking,asked them to narrow down the time frame to suit us, but nope. Or that time or new booking in 10 days, same time frame. That's a joke.
I arranged an appointment to fix a dish washer for Friday. On Tuesday got a message that a master will come on Wednesday. Asked why it's Wednesday and not Friday and got a response "because it's already arranged for Wednesday". The master came changed the engine and left before the dish washer finished the program (which kind of makes sense as it takes an hour to finish). However, when the program finished, the water didn't drain. I just called the head office and found out that I have to wait for another week before they can send anybody. Meanwhile let's hope the dish washer will not start leaking. Great service. Upd: two days before the Friday they called and cancelled the appointment because "they have no other appointments in my area" so they don't want to come. Agreed to rearrange for the Friday after. It's getting better and better - let's see what creatures will grow up in my dishwasher before they arrive. If they ever arrive.
