Pros - Excellent facility that is secure and safe. Great price. Friendly service. Con - Just one, it’s not accessible 24/7 however access is available outside of business hours.
Very helpful management offering a great service. We have used this storage facility for 3 1/2 years to keep our caravan safe and sound in their secure warehouse. Price wise it was competitive but the overall service level is what kept us coming back. Thanks Harry and team
Talk about going way beyond normal service to great service.. Harry and Mark at Noosa Store Local exceeded all expectations! Yesterday we needed to move some paintings, a heavy table and chairs and boxes of clothes from out Noosa home into storage and they both helped out with not just a joyful welcoming nature but a great, clean and easy access Unit, a truck and strong help to move all the gear! Very convenient location with easy access. Almost new facility, very well organised with good rates. Staff are friendly and helpful. We used two storage units adjacent to each other and got a discounted rate. Access 24/7 through security touch pad. Free use of truck when using storage facility. They also have a trailer and adequate trolleys to move all sizes of furniture. Would certainly use again if the need arises. Even the background music is great!!
