Amazing facility and service. Peter has been fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. He informs me immediately when deliveries have arrived and helps out anyway he can. Storage King Marsden park is in a great location and easily accessible travelling both ways on Richmond road. I would highly recommend using this facility.

We moved interstate from QLD, and from the first contact of obtaining a quote to now being with them for nearly a year, the service was exceptional! They are not only informative about anything new, they always go over and beyond, especially Peter. Peter has been very accommodating and always goes over and beyond. About 3 months ago we received a competitive price from another company and were thinking of moving. Upon calling and advising Peter, he not only matched the price, but allowed us to continue that rate for 3 months (till our exit time). I would highly recommend Storage King Marsden Park. Peter has looked after me extremely well, no problems helping me out and reassuring me with any of the finer details of the agreement - and making sure I was left with nothing but confidence in my decision to take up business with Storage King Marsden Park. Very accessible facility, great location and extremely well maintained. Peter also goes above and beyond and makes sure that a customer is fully satisfied with any interaction. Location is great, easy access, always clean and service from Peter is fantastic! Peter's customer service skills are outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the right shed to suit my needs. He is very friendly, easy to talk and always willing to help. I use my shed frequently so having someone as nice as Peter onsite is a massive bonus. Peter always keeps me updated when I get deliveries and always greets me with a smile. I would highly recommend using Storage King Marsden Park and if you do, make sure you talk to Peter!
Peter is the man! Was able to get the right storage immediately with the right advice. His customer service is outstanding and knows all options and procedures like the back of his hand. Can not recommend enough speaking to Peter about self storage needs and look forward to using the storage space now.
To me, most storage places are the same. Security, access, facilities are all comparable. I chose Marsden Park due to its convenient location. STORAGE KINGS point of difference is PETER JONES. Peter is an old school customer service professional. Friendly, amiable and always up for a chat. 10 out of 5 stars. Peter makes the difference.
