I've used storage king know for nearly two years to store my things between houses. Having never used a storage facility before, I didn't know what to expect or how much space I would need, but the staff have been nothing but wonderful. They are always friendly, professional and helpful whether it be in person at the site or over the phone. The facility is clean and tidy, and accessing my belongings has been a breeze every time. In the end, when it came time to shift into my new place, they made the process so easy, even when I had to shift dates unexpectedly. I would recommend storage king kilsyth to anyone looking for storage long or short term.

Ash from Storage King Kilsyth was nothing short of amazing. On Saturday the 18th of August, myself and my partner attended with no idea of what we were actually after. After speaking to Ash he showed us a 2 x 2 which was PERFECT for what we were after. He was very informative and his customer service was nothing short of excellent. From the time of first contact I’ve been very impressed by the high level of customer service, and problem-solving assistance given to me by the team at Storage King Kilsyth. When I phoned to inquire about the cost of storing the contents of my flat in a storage unit (and also expressed concerns about a number of possible complications), I felt really listened to, understood and, as a result the solutions offered by the Storage King staff member were relevant and helpful. I was greatly relieved, and able to get on with the job of packing and organising my move. Some days later I had to reconsider the shape of the storage unit, to allow me easy access to a number of specific items for some months after the move. The staff member on reception that day had a “no problem” attitude, and was immediately able to show me a few different options. One of these was perfect! And on the day of the move when I signed the documents at Storage King, I was even given a small discount on my monthly rate! I have moved my personal effects into storage many times in my life, but I’ve never before experienced the level of personal care and service as I have been given by Storage King.
