The team have been welcoming and open from day one and has been so helpful throughout. The staff encouraged us not to rush and take our time and it soon became like our second home for a little while. Thank you so much for the experience and keeping our items safe. You guys are absolutely great.
The lady working here has a lot to learn about customer service. They are a supposed to be a drop off point for amazon returns & she had no interest in actually completing the parcel point drop off or helping in any way. Unnecessarily rude & obnoxious.
Popped in for a quote and loved the experience. After two horrible quotes with a competitor (Kennards ) it was a refreshing and pleasurable experience. Ended up buying more boxes as they were so nice.
