Brad Thoms, the Store Manager is an absolute joke of a staff member or care taker for this facility. If we aren't Vac2U we essentially get no help in our storage concerns. We have reported on seperate occasions that our shed lock in the 600 and 800 block has been tampered with and we were told that it hasn't despite having no CCTV coverage in the hallways. We have had issues with our payments going missing and our account being in arrears until it's magically "found". The staff that transition in and out have been great and helpful at the time but it feels like the store manager doesn't want to be apart of the facility anymore. I would like if upper management were around more to view Brad's work ethic and actually look at how he treats the customers. Sorry for the negative review, but we are genuinely frustrated at this store/staff member who has made our storage situation less than ideal.

Have now changed this from a positive to negative and frustrated review. I organise my storage and give my card details. A week later I get the "your card has failed emailed". Phone and get told sorry, human error we'll fix that for you. Second month comes along and I get the email "your card has been declined". Phone and get cut off 3 times and finally get told, oops wifi problem, sorry. How many times can the staff fail? How many emails will I get that's the companies fault? At this rate I cannot wait to remove my stuff and be done with having to chase up and do your job all while I am the one paying.
Brad and his team are super easy to deal with, always available and happy to help. I've rented a shed with these guys for over 6 months and never had any issues. Highly recommend!

An appropriate place to store your goods. Brad has been very helpful since the beginning we rented our space. We were not too sure how to start our small business and unpack the container from overseas but brad has been very patient with us and always willing to assist and give us advice.really appreciate it! Jordan is also a nice guy. Really recommend acacia ridge storage king for you!
Jordan has been a great help during a stressful time - moving from our family home and putting everything into storage. The size of the unit and the monthly cost - perfect and very competitive. Great service - thank you!
Storage King is fantastic accessibility 24 hrs a day was a plus, staff are friendly and always available to help it was also the first storage place I had used that actually had a truck avail and for an amazing price when I needed it. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs
Bit pricey but the guys who work here are champs. went above and beyond to get us the best price he could provide and walked around with me to 3 different sized options for storage space. I pay in person most weeks and Brad is always friendly and seems to be a overall decent bloke.
