Would have been great except they sent me a can that was supposed to have truffles that was empty...not happy Jan Whilst I rates the product experience low (as the product did not get delivered) let me add that the follow up experience has been strong and they have offered an apology, the option of a full refund, and an offer of a gift to make up for the original experience. Very clear they care about the services they are providing and it sounds like mine was an isolated experience.

Absolutely love having the Truffle Oil at easy reach on the kitchen bench. Makes any dish taste delicious! Our go to at the moment is drizzling the oil over vegan mac and cheese.
This was a gift for my son. He loved it. Said it was elegantly gift boxed. I was surprised by the speed of delivery. Very impressed. I added a birthday message but was not in correct place. A place to add a message when sending a gift would be a great addition.

I bought the truffle oil at the Fremantle market truffle festival and I only bought a 100ml to try on. Now I am return to bought a bigger size of truffle and trying some other truffle products. Love the truffles oil, a few drip of truffle oils will make the meal go outstanding!! I love it with steak, potato bake, creamy pasta, and even friend rice. Parcel come with four layers of thick bubble wrap. Everything I bought the 375ml truffle oils with the box to give it as a Christmas present. The packaging look so good and presentable. Other than that, we put an order for my family who live in Perth, they get the delivery next day. I put an order at the regional remote area NEWMAN, it take three business days to get here. I was given a bottle of this beautiful truffle oil for my birthday. What a delicious extra to have in my cupboard. Poached eggs on sour dough with a drizzle of Stonebarn truffle oil is such a winner. People think I am a genius cook. I now make sure I always have this delicious delicate oil in my pantry. A great gift to give someone who enjoys creating beautiful food.
