Going to Stone Heart was a very positive experience as it was a my first time getting my ear lobes pierced. The customer service was beyond great and the piercing process was done in a quick and efficient manner in a clean environment. The piercer I had was Eden, who was very professional and considerate to me during my time there. They also take very good care of the jewellery, as they sterilise them in a machine for you. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will be coming back again soon.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating, love my new piercing! Jewellery is quite expensive though so be aware. They disinfect jewellery before putting it in, and use single use tools where possible.
Everyone in the shop is usually nice and easy to talk to. Ben took great care of me! He brought my idea to life and was so accommodating to making changes to make sure it came out just right. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Ben!
This place had great reviews so I went there in early March and had my tattoo by Matt van Herten. As you can see in the photo my tattoo suffers horrible tattoo blowout. According to anyone other than Matt, blowouts happen due to the lack of experience and skill of the artist pressing the needle too deep. Matt claims otherwise of course (that my skin is somehow unique). I waited until my tattoo is fully healed before taking this photo and writing those words. Also for the sake of full disclosure I need to point out that Matt offered to 'fix' it by touching it up, basically tattooing over the bad parts a new design.
Always super helpful, friendly and professional. Daniel Thomas (piercer) recently has helped me out with my piercings and has done a really good and meticulous job! All my ear piercings have been from Stone Heart now. Love your guys' work!
I got my septum pierced by Eden a week ago and it was the best piercing experience I've ever had. She was so gentle and led me through some slow breathing before piercing and it made the experience so easy and quite pain-free. My piercing has had no issues so far and is healing great, likely thanks to her skilful, gentle piecing. I highly recommend visiting her!

Very positive experience with Eden! She’s a sweetheart. I got a septum and was very nervous at the beginning as I thought it was going to hurt, but incredibly it didn’t at all. The girls helped me chose the best jewelry and Eden totally nailed it with perfect size for my nose. Would recommend anyone to get pierced here. I will definitely come back for other piercings.
