Really bad employers, really bad with clients, They will play with your loans or your super and you will never see any return, in case there could be one return, guess what... is not for you. The sales model and training for their sales team is without values, exactly like STRATTON OAKMONT "THE WALL STREET WOLF" scamers

We were shown investment options with "conservative" growth forecasts of around 10% year on year. The builder, developer and agent are all working for the same company, and despite assurances to the contrary, there's no discount for keeping it within the company store. Furthermore, their conservative estimates proved to be completely overblown, as they didn't factor in (nor tell us) that they were selling hundreds of properties in the same area, glutting the market and depressing rental and selling prices for many years. It's been about 5 years, and only now is the property appreciating beyond what we initially paid, and it will take another 5 to get out what we've put in. It seems most of the positive reviews here are from employees who appreciated the high pay, well, I hope they do something with it, because it's cost me many a sleepless night worrying about how I'm going to get out of this hole. Real estate is a risk, but with advice like theirs, you're better off at the Casino.

DON'T EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are just sweet talks and promises but in truth they would just get money and leave you when you need them. My husband and I had a meeting with them Nov.2017 for refinancing our 2 loans. Before I started with them, I've told them that several broker already assess our situation and we failed. But they BRAGGED that they are different and could approve our loan. So we believed. Then, they asked for 900 fee saying that if we don't get approved, we can refund the money. It's been 6 months now and guess what. No approval of loans, no refund and all avoiding my calls, emails and messages. I've talk to Ron, Raymond, Lara and all just made promises and treated me like dirt. I can't believe that for 900 there's a company that has no concience and scam a hardworking couple like us. SO PLEASE DON'T EVER BELIEVE AND TRUST THEM.

Worked here for 7 months. The work was challenging but it put me ahead financially. I began as a sales consultant and moved up to a client relations manager. Started in property which was challenging and a lot of hours but i had a lot of support. I left to have my baby and would love the oportunity to go back once my daughter is a little older

Was Yale Property Solutions. Terrible company. I think some fake employee reviews here. Two reviews mention ‘unbelievable pay’. Based on my past experience with Yale, they kept losing their consultants and I had to deal with quite a few in my short dealings with this mob.

A company that will take you on board showing you the best dreams but in reality they will make you take appointments at 8pm on a Friday with old couples trying to convince them to pay a good sum of money for a lifelong set of services and after hearing about an hour long session they will simply tell you that someone already provided the same session and a cd already and they're still not interested.. Not to forget its mostly door knocking on Saturday mornings to hear the most No's in your life.

Stay as far away as possible - scam alert. I worked there a few years ago. they make you spend your own money to go out and sell a fake memberships to homeowners that lead to extremely overpriced and badly built investment properties.
