Just bought the CON Premium 20 Convection Electric Panel Heater and boy does it do the job. From ordering to it being delivered and then the simple install was great and easy, friendly staff made my day. Will see how it goes over time but the Made in Germany gives me peace of mind.

One of the best customer service experience! Instant reply on Facebook! While trying to lodge an urgent maintenance online, Kimberly is extremely helpful by finding out the model of the hot water unit for me, and without me asking she sent through manual on where to locate the serial number from the unit which is rather difficult to locate! And she informed the service team about incoming request even before I lodge the request! What amazing is the team contacted tenant and got the hot water unit fixed the next day! Extremely efficient service team! Thank you!!!!

have a instant water system installed at my cafe. Had 1 year warranty on it. broke down within a few months. Got fixed under warranty, I was told that it is due to a faulty design of a partm which they replaced, Broke down again , in 4-5 months. They say, its out of warranty and will cost 450 to fix. what a waste., Avoid their instant water heaters....if you do not want a hole in your pocket,

We had a minor issue with our Stieble Eltron HWU resulting in no hot water over the weekend. Rang their service department first thing on Monday and as a result a service agent plumber travelled for over an hour to fix the problem. Job done in an extremely efficient and timely manner, couldn’t be happier. Well done Stieble Eltron. Highly recommend

Extremely responsive. Called in the morning when our hot water heater stopped working, they were at our place (in outer Melbourne) inside of a few hours. We had a known issue, apparently, which was fix quick-smart and under warranty. Above average service!
