I had a great experience in this shop today. I've been watching online for 12 months and ordering online too . I was so happy to be there and buy a few bags of lollies. I have not visited in person, but would love to. It is so much fun to see them make the lollies and then get to order and eat them. Yum! Service is as good as can be expected going through customs and during the virus going on. Love Sticky

***Read the bottom after you read their response*** I ordered a package from your online website at the beginning of December. I ordered as part of a christmas present for my girlfriend, we were so excited to be able to order some, but when it came to shipping, it arrived in my country but then never actually arrived at my house, it says there was an attempted delivery and then it was sent back to Australia. When I got into contact with the Sticky Questions team, I was sent friendly responses until finally when I asked for a refund, they ignored my messages. My messages just stated simply that I would like a refund on the candy, there was no argument, but they are handling this in a pretty unprofessional way that I will no longer hold this company to the reputation that it thinks it holds. All I wanted was the candy, but I just want a refund now. But they seem to hold money over there head higher than actual customer relations considering they ignored all of my requests for refunds on my almost 60 dollar order. **My response to their response** Sticky was very slow in replying to any of my emails, when I say they took their sweet time, they really did. I had to email them multiple times before they sent me anything at all. I am happy I got my refund after a week of asking for one and them dodging the messages that I originally sent. I even changed my 1 star rating to a 2 star, not for the service, but I am grateful that I finally got a refund. Also, a company coming after one person for a review, looks super unprofessional, learn to take criticism. Thank u, "mate."

They make the sweets/lollies/rock in front of you and it’s fascinating. Then you can buy it or many other varieties also.
