I’ve been coming to stefans Maroochydore for around 2 and a half years, very hit and miss, I’ve had 2 really good colours (foils) done but the other 3 I’ve been really disappointed in, my most recent experience being my worst and the reason I won’t be back again. I have been getting half head foils done for the last 2 times I’ve had my hair done so there was a lot of regrowth underneath. I was booked in for a full head this recent time, don’t get me wrong the girl who did my hair was so lovely but she only covered the length of my top head regrowth (which was 6-8 weeks work of growth) with bleach and didn’t drag it through on the bits that had 6 months worth of regrowth leaving me with a straight bleached line underneath, so basically my underneath was blonde at the roots and brown at the ends / mid section. I noticed this when I got to the car so I went back and when I explained the situation I was met with a very negative attitude from the manager (not the girl who did it she was super nice about it) i was originally offered a toner to fix it, which I then questioned the fact that toner Doesn't lift hair that hasn’t been lightened with bleach, I was then offered for it to be bleached, I was assuming that mean foils, well I had bleach slapped on in the basin, leaving me now with frizzled snapping off hair and massive bleach chunks underneath, aswell as patchy un foiled patches I payed 364 that is with my 20 off I would have been paying Almost 400 to get my hair damaged I’m honestly very disappointed as I was a regular client and i wasted the 364 plus over 100 afterwards to buy hair treatments to fix the damage, I have very healthy hair and never have experienced so much damage after getting my hair bleached Very very upset :(
I could not recommend Stefan enough!! I have been going to Stefan for over 2 years and every single time I have gotten my hair coloured it has been amazing. Over my time with Stefan, Taylah, Karina and Cher have styled my hair and have all done exceptionally well. These stylists listen to what you want done and deliver! Would not trust anyone else with my hair.
I walked in this morning (with no appointment), and was greeted by Carly who was absolutely lovely and happily fit me in to her busy schedule. Thank goodness because my hair was looking like trash. My experience from start to finish was great. I was looking for a fringe to be styled to fit my face with my fine, naturally curly hair and she confidently knew how to style me straight away. I am usually very nervous about my hair (many past disaster's) but she made the whole experience easy with her attitude, care for what I wanted and skill. I walked out with healthy, beautiful hair. Thank you chick. I have had nothing but compliments all damn day.

Wow what can I say. Spent the day in the salon for a full colour correction and removal of old wefts ( done elsewhere) then new hair extensions applied. Cannot thank louis enough ,so happy love my hair and colour its amazing. Fresh new extensions feel beautiful. Highly recommend, such a professional and knowledgeable team. So grateful i found this salon. One happy customer. Big shout out to bonnie for helping too. Long day but the best outcome ever. Thanks again louis and bonnie I appreciate the time you put into my hair today.
Absolutely fabulous service and very talented experienced hairdressers! Tania did an amazing job treating and colouring my damaged hair. She really listened to what I wanted, and created a tailored plan for my hair recovery. Definitely coming back again
Came in today for a blow dry and treatment with my sister and the hair stylist Jamie looked after me, and was so kind and professional gave such a great scalp massage I was in heaven! thanks so much guys
