I came here every year for my birthday because a member of the restaurant you get a birthday steak for free and usually they also offer a complimentary cake. But this year, the experience is not as great as before. I called the day before to confirm my booking and double checked that I can come 1 day earlier than my actual birthday date to enjoy the birthday benefit. They told me it’s okay and checked my account for the minimum spend requirement and everything is all good. When I came today, they told me that because all our previous dining points have gone into my husband account and he is obviously not having a birthday tomorrow, I am not eligible to have a free steak. Honestly, we have taken friends and families here before we didn’t just come today for 1 free steak. With the rest of food and wine, we are likely to spend more than 200 anyway. Plus I got that deal every year before. And this is after I doubled checked over the phone. There is no apologies of the mixed up. The waiter was looking at my husband the entire time while explaining this. I tried to talk and I was not acknowledged. I would say the food is good but for the price you pay, you’d expect it to be good. Overall, 3 out of 5 for me.

Incredible service and an amazing meal! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back!!
Servers were friendly and professional, entrees were nice (especially the garlic prawns and the oysters). Steaks were okay. Wish they included salad in the main itself (especially for the prices they’re going at). Instead, they offer salads as an extra side dish.
Food was great but we only got service for drinks ,dessert etc when we were able to catch staffs attention. Very disappointing
The service was superb and the food was delicious. The steaks are extremely tender and prepared extremely well. I would recommend ordering a topper for the steak.
Great steak as always, friendly staff with a relaxed atmosphere during the day. Perfect spot to take clients or staff to. Will not be disappointed.
I went here for my birthday, ordered Waygu ribeye - 300gr at 86 and Wagyu Sirloin - 250gr at 56. However, the food was way too far from our expectation. The steak quality excellent, but the basting on it is too bitter, red wine jus is also bitter, mushroom sauce is not creamy and does not taste much of mushroom favor. The chips is too salty, salad is average and small portion for 12. The share plates was dirty and sticky. The beer glass is not clean as well. Overall, the price we paid for those 2 premium steaks were not worth it.
