Our cat urinated and defecated on my beautiful blue velvet sofa while we were away on holiday! I have no idea how many times this happened but the smell was horrendous and the stains all dried in. I was sure I would have to dispose of it but I mentioned it to a friend ( I was very upset, Id waited a long time to get that sofa) who suggested Steamys. I doubted it would work .A lovely man came, said they do their best and returned with it a couple of weeks later completely stain and odour free! It looked like new and they have saved me a fortune ! I would NEVER call anyone else, Efficient, honest, good value and extraordinary attention to detail.
