My first 1 star review. It's 2021... You can't expect people to wait for a package 9am - 5pm. My phone number was left and no contact. Most delivery companies contact where they are going. Very bad communication. Now must drive 45 mins to collect a package that delivery has already been paid for. If you read this I highly recommend not to use, waste of time for clients and personal.

Thanks to the very helpful staff member on the desk at the Geelong depot who was able to give me a courier who could deliver my crate to Adelaide as I was not an account holder.

Given specific instructions to only come after 3:45 as I'm not home before then and for 2 days they came 3 hours early. Luckily today my mum was home to give them the package but they knocked on my door very loudly, and while my mum was going to get the package for them, they screamed into the house saying Hey lady and woke up my sleeping 1 year old nephew. Never want to deal with this company ever again

Good easy enough to find, hard when your delivery driver writes 450 Broderick Rd then the road disappears at 300 lol!

We as an organisation have been wiling to bare some of the failings of Startrack through what has been a trying time. We will bare them no more, the total and complete lack of accountability, passing the buck and unwillingness to help customers when they need it cannot be ignored any more. Failure after failure after failure to communicate, focus on language and syntax rather than help resolve a problem, absolutely zero empathy and a total unwillingness to even perform their job to a minimum standard has led us, after 8 months to seriously consider terminating our agreement. MSTO: woeful software that either hangs, is broken when you need it, overloaded, buggy, laggy and just generally awful. TMA Group: need fulfillment services from startrack? Need Satchels, boxes? Hmm... anything that you might need to actually you know, send a parcel. No sorry, again no accountability or care here, the staff are downright terrible and hopeless on the phone and via email. Accounts: takes them 5 days to get back to you with problems that need solving right now and never answer their phone. Account Manager: yeah right, never any help, always passing the buck, never takes ownership over problems and is for all intents and purposes a totally useless person. Customer service team: customer what? more interested in arguing the point than helping fix the problem. Dispatch: will not under any circumstances actually help you. Powering E Commerce indeed. More like failing e-commerce

Terrrible service! Parcel was meant to come yesterday, they ended up texting me at 8:40pm saying that my parcel will arrive at end of business today, which is obviously not possible. Next day i get a text and email saying it will be delivered today, i waited all day and called them at 4:30 and apparently the incapable driver forgot my parcel at the depot. The people on the phone were unhelpful and I did not receive and email back like they said they would. I would not recommend using this terrible service. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Driver came to drop parcel nobody home, left "Sorry we missed you" card saying parcel could be picked up at Post Office. Went to Post Office no Parcel. Contacted Customer Service was told parcel could not be taken to Post Office as not enough postage/fee paid & that driver had taken parcel back to Depot, i arranged with Customer Service to redeliver next day before Noon. Parcel did not arrive, rang Customer Service again......... now being told it was delivered to Post Office day before. What a bunch of disorganised rabble do we have to deal with absolutely hopeless, how hard is it for them to track a parcel on there own system.
