Douglas Bell

I have Starkey Livio RIC hearing aids. As far as functionality, they have improved my life considerably, allowing me to hear conversation in noisier environments. They also have well designed power technology with rechargable batteries and charger. Where these devices fail is in their User interface. It is very fidly to change modes and gain. Volume changes beep not indicating up or down. They have a mob App but only for IPhone not for my Samsung A8.
