If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling customer service. Completely over complicated a simple request on the status of my delivery. If you like a side of huffs, puffs, heavy sighing and false information at 9am then you'll love this. Would not recommend.

No doubt the worst delivery service in Bega, had my parcel for 4 days and didn’t bother to contact me, had to track it down myself and get it picked up myself, claimed they didn’t have any drivers. This is the second time they have done this to me. Will never use them again.
Parcel dumped outside local post office and left there for days without my knowledge or consent . When I contacted the depot to see where it was, they advised me it had been delivered to me. It clearly stated on the parcel SIGNATURE REQUIRED - DO NOT DELIVER THIS CONSIGNMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT OBTAINING A SIGNATURE FROM THE RECEIVER. THIS IS AT THE REQUEST OF OUR CUSTOMER. Not delivered to correct address, not secure, no signature sought and absolutely no care taken whatsoever.
Didn't bother to contact me. Didn't bother to even deliver it on numerous times over a week period.kepted getting the same answer can't deliver it no drivers or only deliver my way on Fridays.
No notification from them when a parcel arrives and phone is either permanently busy or never answers. Even the sender can't get any response from them on where the parcel is.
The delivery man is rude loudly knocking on our window this morning, not realising that I have a baby sleeping next to it. Upon politely asking not to knock that way again, he just asked for my signature pretending not hearing anything and just run away. Very bad service! 1 star for undamaged parcel anyway.
Nice to deal with. Prompt service even though Tathra’s quite remote. Keep up the good work guys & gals!
Delivers to the wrong address and then lies to you as to why they delivered to the wrong address. One star for actually acknowledging they received the parcel into the Bega Freight Centre.
