Dear Star Party Hire We were so very impressed with your prompt professionalism, friendliness and the high quality of your pop-up-tent marquees, tables and chairs used for the 2021 Sydney International Women’s Day event held at The Domain, behind Parliament House on Monday 8 March 2021. Star Party Hire were on time, had everything set up and also dismantled and taken away perfectly at the conclusion of the event in the evening. Star Party Hire also complied with the Botanical Gardens strict “keep off the grass” policy which was extremely important, and set everything up to be functional & look wonderful. Last weekend I was married at the Italian food project Camden. My sister arranged the hire of furniture through star party hire. On Thursday they dropped off the chairs early (that’s fine) and stated there was nobody at the venue, despite staff from there trying to speak to the delivery driver and him ignoring them and they dropped the furniture in the complete wrong spot, didn’t bump anything in and just offloaded it. The venue contacted star party hire after they left left to ask you to come back, you contacted me, THE BRIDE, and requested further money to go down and fix the issue they hadn’t done correctly in the first place. Then, I had to leave my hair appointment to go down and drag furniture to the correct spot. Then because they didn’t bump anything in or discuss anything with the venue, they were unaware the furniture was to be packed down. Star party hire then have the hide to charge my credit card, after providing a secure payment platform to pay the invoice, a further 50 for this. Obviously not a very secure platform and did this without even consulting me. From drop off to pick up your customer service was completely appalling. They were EXTREMELY rude on the phone, swearing and carrying on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I hired the marquee's for my baby shower, they are very affordable with delivery included. No extra for a white Marquee which other places charge more for a white marquee. Set up was quick and easy and they were also able to work around my schedule for drop off and pick up. Highly recommend, have brought from other company's that are not as good.
