Support local businesses, they say!! It's a bit difficult when locals don't want your business. We asked for a quote for 2 security screen doors for a new house 5 weeks ago. Walked in with our plans & knew exactly what we wanted. The lady we spoke to wrote down measurements & noted our email address & phone number. After a week I phoned to ask when we'd receive the quote & was told it was on her desk on the "do it now" list. 4 weeks later we're still waiting. So the 1 star rating is for lack of customer service because we're unable to comment on the quality of their product.
