Could not recommend enough! Moving is very stressful and Koala Box made it so much easier. Delivery was quick and efficient, accepted payment by card, we didn’t need to clean the boxes or remove the stickers they provided (they even gave us a market pen!). We hired the boxes for three weeks – two weeks to pack and one to unpack. As the boxes were so easy to stack and move on the trolley, the removalists loved them and worked quicker – saving us money. They also prevent loads of cardboard boxes going to waste. Worked perfectly for us.
Very happy with the service we received, we rented 40 boxex with some other items. They delivered and picked up the boxes on time, the boxes were very clean and in a very good condition. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you!
Well priced, super handy and saved our sanity. Makes it very easy for movers too. I wish I had known & used this in our previous moves. So much easier, sturdy and organised that a cardboard box.
RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL OF YOUR MOVES. The plastic containers are a brilliant idea, so much more durable than cardboard boxes. And, the added dolly makes moving a breeze. They'll deliver to your door, and pickup from the new location if you wish. They have most of the accessories to add on for a move; we purchased paper liners for the glassware, along with a mattress protector. In the standard bundle, they'll provide zip ties, labels, and a sharpie. All boxes arrived clean, disinfected, and in good condition. Service is incredible - I called them on a whim a day early from our appointment to see if they could deliver the boxes that day. Not long after, the boxes arrived and we were able to finish packing early! A huge thank you! For a 1 BDR 1 Study, we needed only the 20 box package.

Im so impressed with this concept! I ordered my boxes at 10:30 am and selected the 10-12pm delivery window for the same day. I didn’t think it would come on time but it did. Boxes are clean and new. It’s made packing up and moving so much easier than using traditional moving boxes. Thank you koala box team for your service ! I highly recommend this to any one moving houses.
First time to move using rental boxes and it made things so much easier! Would definitely use them again!!
