These guys have to be the rudest bunch I have ever come across. Asked a few questions and I was made to sound like an imbecile because I didn't know. Me and the young boys have only just started having fun with RC cars, so I apologise for not knowing what you know! I will never return, they were more interested in packing stuff then serving me. Not sure how some people stay in business.
Oscar and the guys here are great. I Recently purchased my first RC car (Arrma Kraton) and they made sure I knew the fundamentals before I left. I’ve been in a couple times since, and they have also been really helpful post the initial buy giving me confidence that maintenance and service support will be excellent - which is extremely important for anyone looking to dive into the world of RC vehicles. Their prices are also unbeatable. I’m lucky enough to live 5 mins away, but i don’t know why anyone living in Sydney would go anywhere else! Highly recommended
Worst Customer Service In The World. We purchased a brand new HSP RC car from Crazy Hobbies. The salesman was great on the day, lots of help and information based on our budget. We took the car home and my son used it for about an hour using two batteries. We then noticed the steering was stuck and would no longer turn. I called the shop for help as they suggested and was questioned how we managed to use our car for an hour, two batteries I explained. Two staff members tested the car in the shop and deemed a broken steering servo. They then said it will have to be repaired, and you will have to come back next week. I explained this wouldn't be possible and could they fix it now or replace the car as it is less than 24 hours old and not fit for purpose, and used for only one hour. The manager Oscar(?) became rude, aggressive and plain nasty. He told us we would have to deal with his supplier if we wanted the car replaced or refunded as they don't refund or replace as it would cost them money. When I mentioned consumer rights he got very angry and defensive. He had no idea what he was talking about and ranted on about us having to deal with his supplier and not them. They did fix the car in the shop while we waited, but only after standing our ground. If we hadn't they would have fobbed us off and made us return in a week. Shop at your own risk and hope you don't have a problem with the product purchased as they don't care once they have your money. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Plenty of other suppliers in Sydney.
Came into the shop with my broken traxxas maxx. Oscar took the car in for repairs. Next day it was all done. Superb Service from Oscar and Johnny for helping a noob out.
