We had a pleasant experience right from the go. Trent our salesperson was calm and easy and understood our requirements, never pushy and gave us space to make our decision. We got regular updates regarding the delivery of the vehicle. Pick up was smooth. Recommend AMR and Trent and Fabio when considering a Mazda. We will be giving the car a few days of run in to get an accurate assessment.

AMR Mazda - Michael & Fabio, were such a pleasure to deal with. After starting my construction business, Marco Projects a year ago, it was finally time to invest in a work ute. Very disappointed at the level of care displayed by this Mazda service centre. In December, I took my vehicle in for a service. Upon return I noticed that the top layer of leather on the steering wheel had been scrubbed off by what appeared to be a harsh cleaning product. Upon contacting the dealership they informed me that an alcohol based product had been used to clean it. I completely understand that during COVID-19 adequate sanitation is required, however rubbing a harsh sanitizer on leather not only defies common sense, but is actually explicitly advised against in the Mazda CX-5 owner’s manual. This has now left my steering wheel in a terrible state (as seen in the photos) due to excessive flaking and cracking. After calling the service centre, I am yet to hear back regarding any remediation or an attempt to make this right. I take good care of my belongings, and the least I expect is for an authorised Mazda service centre to do the same.
