I have major issues with my neighbor's pool leaking into my property. I sent the images to Peter and his response was extremely helpful. He could have booked me in for an inspection and made money but instead he advised me that I did not need a building inspection as I had already have the proof in the photos. He also spent time on the phone advising me on what I needed to do to make insurance companies act on my claim and for the first time in a month I finally felt some hope in this situation. Thank you so much Peter, I don't think you know how much your kindness and advice has helped me. You are a wonderful genuine person that I hope to do business with in the future.

We purchased a house on the basis of Vital's report but the inspection report failed to mention at least 50 cracks and holes in aluminum flat roof sealed with roof sealant (report stated "no defects" in the roof inspection section) - We needed to replace roof which was 10k and this would have been very handy to know when negotiating the purchase of house. (edit: definitely was a customer, service performed on 7-3-2017, invoice no. PB3116, posted some photos too. I am sure it was honest oversight, however I found the comment of "no defects" on this inspection report under the roof section worth mentioning via the review system) (2nd edit: I am disappointed you are trying to claim I have you confused with another company, even googling the phone number on the invoice i have attached shows the phone number is associated with Vital, the phone is also listed within Vital website. New pictures attached showing the search result of the phone number. ) Review systems are brilliant, they give customers opportunities to share their perspective and it gives suppliers opportunity to make matters right and improve their products/service, this was an opportunity for you to display the right attitude and make matters rights instead you have opted to try to fool 3rd party readers of this review here and I feel you have made this matter look worse for your company!

Thoroughly impressed with Peter's service. Peter was available at short notice, and received updates as soon as the inspection was completed. Peter did not rush, and took his time going through the house from top to bottom. Received his comprehensive report the same day. Very happy with the level of detail, as the report highlights many things i had not noticed.

I found Vital Building Inspections through Google Reviews. Having no experience in building inspection, we relied heavily on Peter's report in our decision to purchase our first home. After some rain and subsequently flooding inside the home, we have been advised by qualified builders that there is clear evidence of flood damage. In hindsight, his building report was very generic and vague and after living in the home, we have picked numerous defects which should have been picked up in this report. Unfortunately we have had no communication from Peter and have had to leave this review. Very disappointing!
