We have been very impressed with the service that has been provided by Stan Bond. We first replaced several of our curtains, and was so happy with the results that now, a couple of years on, we’ve replaced them all – which is a total of 11 separate sets, as well as 3 blinds. The quality level of their products is very high and we have been very happy with the end result. During implementation there had been some minor issues, however their service recovery was excellent, and they were supportive throughout the process. Special thanks to Jenny, Kit and the installation guys who were all very helpful. Their products and services are great value for money – and the end results speak for themselves. We have no hesitation in recommending Stan Bond to anyone!

Be very careful when ordering bi-fold aluminium shutters. Stan Bond measure to the maximum spec allowed for gaps (65mm from my manufacturer) at the top rail. So you will get that as the gap at the top as well as anything up to 25mm at the bottom). In the words of the Manager it looks 'gappy' but because it is within manufacturers spec there ain't nothing to be done about it other than try to cover it up with flashings. Also - not all stainless fittings AND for some reason the shutters open inwards and to the centre post instead of opening outward and to the end posts! I wasn't prepared to accept wind, rain and dust ingress into the outdoor living area or people injuring themselves on inwardly facing shutters. Manager tried to appease but in the end it is an unacceptable outcome. In horse racing parlance....look elsewhere.

I have purchased two sets of sheer curtains from Stanbond and the salesperson Danielle was fantastic, after advice form her we even changed the colour of the fabric at the final measure and we are glad we did, she advised a darker colour then we had initially chosen and now that they have been installed we are so glad we changed as our first choice would have looked too washed out, the installer was very quick and efficient and did a great job. I would recommend Stanbond.

Had to wait nearly 3 months for them to get my order correct.. Just a general lack of professionalism and explanation from the company during the whole process. The final product and the installation was fine, but the customer service and communication could’ve been a lot better.
