We called Rodney for vacate cleaning. He quoted with the pictures and asked for more money when he came to do the cleaning. He left most cabinets in the kitchen and used basic cleaning substance which did not remove any stains. Later when we called him to clean again under his guarantee, he was rude and did not coordinate the time. Even after the second cleaning, we could see oil stains and marks. I would never recommend him.
