Very poor customer service. Enquired regarding feral pigeon control. Refused to help me, because I do not live in the eastern suburbs. They are a government department, and they can direct you to websites. They also have information that can be downloaded, and printed out for any member of the public to read. Really poor service for a government department. Also, their manner was blunt, and rude. They need a lesson with communicating properly with members of the public.

Myself and daughter went for flu shot at this clinic. Friendly and professional staff members, nice, clean ambience with reasonable amount of seating and short wait times. Fiona was very helpful and professional when managing my child who was afraid of the injection. Great job, keep it up.
