Sent my coffee machine to be fixed, only lightly used for 6 months. Took a month for them to fix and sent it back to The Good Guys Tempe. (Where I originally bought the machine from). The machine has so many dents on the body. Obviously from neglectful handling. It has been 10 days since the day we came to The Good Guys Tempe to inspect the machine and found all the damages on the machine, The Good Guys manager requested that we leave the machine in-store and they will contact BRAVO RC about the issue, as well as keep us in touch about the outcome. So far, there has not been 1 single attempt of communication from neither BRAVO RC nor The Good Guys. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR GOODS IF YOU LEAVE IT THERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I have dealt with Bravo for more than 10 years. Always impressed with their honest and professional service. I've tried to service the Sunbeam machine myself to save money, but I know save more money by paying the professionals. I get more years out of the machine for much less than the cost of a new machine.

Returned my coffee machine dirty (it was pristine, absolutely clean when it was dropped off to the good guys for repair under warranty), with a passive-aggressive note about the fact it was the coffee I was using that was the problem and I should just buy my coffee from them instead. While also saying they had to replace the grinder because it was grinding a bit coarse (which would have impacted the coffee we were making).

Poor customer relations. Lack of communication between call centre staff and shop representatives lead to me wasting hours of my time for no result. Maybe they should consider hiring in house customer service representative not outsourcing it.
