Frustrating, first time I dealt with the these guys 6 months ago i needed a harness for a 3M full face mask, spoke to an older gentleman and he simply asked the part number, wrote it down, I paid over the phone and said pick it up in 2 days, fantastic. I've phoned many times since to order the same part and all the different guys I've spoken to can't seem to fathom what I am after or how they can order it.

I contacted BOC Gas & Gear with a 18 year old high purity gas bottle that lacked a regulator. I was courteously greeted by an employee named Matt who proceeded to help me as best he could. While it turns out that BOC itself could not supply the necessary regulator, Matt did go above and beyond in providing me with the names and numbers of alternative suppliers that could help meet my needs. Some truly excellent customer service!

Very disappointed to turn up to get dry ice that I had organised a few days before and be told it had all sold out due to it being Halloween! Very unprofessional to ruin a important part of a performance piece due to zero care factor or ordering skills
