Absolute worst customer service they tell you they will be at your place by certain time thwn never show up. Have had to chase them down via real estate agent to get them to come.and replace my oven. 4 times i have had to go tnrough this just to get anotjer phone calk to say they will be out and never show up. How is this company still operating. 1 star is being very generous.

This man knows his stuff. Came in, partially pulled apart the machine, took it back to his, then next day brought it back, job done. The machine now works great, and the price to replace the clutch was lower than expected. Definitely worth it.

We didn’t receive our freezer & didn’t receive our 200 deposit back. Went on site to collect my refund but I was asked to leave the bank details for EFT. He keep saying that he will return our deposit ‘today’ & it’s been a week now..... still no deposit or any sort of communication. We have wasted enough time dealing with them & have raise this issue to NSW Fair Trading.
