Absolutely miserable costumer service, these people are a special breed, they couldn't run a bath let alone a workshop called time after time, no replys or call me back and transfer me to a department that hangs up on me straight away. They cancelled my appointment twice and the third time it took 5 hours to get a reply just to ask if my car really was booked in this time And to top it all off I call 4 times yesterday over the course of the day with no reply and I get there they have towed my car without telling me and shrugs his shoulders and says 'not my problem' Couldn't recommend this place if it was the last Nissan garage in the world

Great staff and do a great job even at short notice. I was dropped off and picked up and my car was given a complete going over. I would highly recommend them. Many thanks !
We went to Adrian brien to get my car serviced and whilst waiting started looking around as we wanted to upgrade our old car for a new one. Sam from Nissan, came and chatted and took us through the x-trail and a test drive. He even took time to show us around the dealership, including Hyundai, and Kia (which we eventually brought) and was happy to talk to the Renault people for us as well. He was polite, friendly, very well informed, never pushy and couldn't have done more for us. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a Nissan or anyone other brand from there to go and see Sam.

Would not recommend the service. Issue was not fixed after several appointments. Several parts changed, "part not available in Australia" and other excuses - still no positive outcome. Last visit promised to order and bring the part. No contact for over half a year from the service. Another service location could confirm the issue is related to the originally suspected part.
I would not recommend. Not only do they send you an address that takes’ you 100km into the middle of nowhere, but they also don’t call you back to rebook your car for a service, even after you have called them 4 times’, left messages’, called state head office and Australian head office. Absolutely disgusting!
We visited Adrian Brien Nissan looking at a new Pathfinder - very happy with the service we received from Chad & Alex – they were accommodating and friendly, no high-pressure sales tactics. Gave us an indication of pricing and several finance options. Offered a test drive and offered to loan us the car overnight to see if it would meet our needs. We ultimately decided on a new car from another brand & dealer as it met our needs better than the Pathfinder but no hesitation in recommending Adrian Brien and their friendly and helpful staff.
