Do not under any circumstance park here. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you pay online for parking they're happy to take your money but when you get here the car park is actually full with no spots available. Ring the customer service number and they tell you to go park in Home HQ car park in Artarmon! Then you try and ring or email customer service to get a refund on the parking you've paid for and not been able to use due to them overbooking the car park and nope. They'll pass you round the call center, you'll wait on hold forever and if you email no one will respond. I still haven't received a refund. Hopeless company. Call centre in the Philippines. Enter at your own risk!

Great parking lot. Always able to find a spot right away. A short walk to my office. Unlike the Wilson's lots there is a specific time frame for entering and leaving, which you need to keep in mind if you don't want to pay casual rates. Otherwise, totally recommend it.

Never go with secure parking for anything you need to rely on. No customer support after waiting for 45 mins when this carpark gate wasn’t opening. Operator proceeded to open the gate one call at a time, despite telling her we had at least 7 cars waiting behind. I missed a meeting due to this issue. I will be chasing up for a refund.
